Willow at Mirbeau is open to the public seven days a week. Our menus draw inspiration from the cuisine found throughout bistros in France and are infused with the agricultural heritage of the Hudson Valley to deliver you in-season, sustainable, and locally sourced dishes.

Reflective of Mirbeau's spa atmosphere, our dining experience offers that same feeling of getting away to a private Parisian estate. The dining room is classically elegant, and the outdoor patio, which is heated during the colder months, is the perfect setting for a relaxed night out or a special occasion. Attire is resort casual and spa robes may be worn in the Dining Room until 4pm.
